Want better results? Break your session into 3 focused phases:

1. Warm-Up (10–15 mins)
• Light stretching or mobility work
• Half swings with a short iron
• Ease into full swings

2. Technical Work (20–30 mins)
• Focus on 1–2 key swing fundamentals
• Use drills, feedback tools, or video
• Keep reps slow, mindful, and precise

3. Performance Practice (15–30 mins)
• Randomize targets and clubs
• Play a “mock hole” or range round
• Make short game competitive
