THE IMPORTANCE OF LOOKING AT ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR TRAINING

Now I know this won’t come as a surprise, but due to years of weight training I’m not the most agile of people in terms of mobility and flexibility 🤷‍♂️

So rather than continuing to shy away from my obvious weaknesses, I’ve decided to try and make my weak points my strong points

( the irony of my writing this post knowing it’s what I preach to my clients all the time, yet ive ignored the obvious for years🤦‍♂️😂)

I Can’t thank the girls over enough for their expert guidance today

I know great coaches when I see them from years of experience in this industry and good coaches in any field are getting increasingly hard to find!

Reformer Pilates is something ive wanted to try for a while and it’s something I also decided that I can do with my mum regularly, as her health is important to me, as is us spending quality time together 🖤

The girls made us both feel super welcome and at ease from the moment we walked through the doors
