💛 CORE & CUDDLES 💛
Our Core & Cuddles classes are such a special part of FORM ✨ A chance to move your body, gently rebuild strength, and enjoy a little time for you… all with your little one by your side 🥹
Designed with new parents in mind, these classes focus on safe, supportive movement to help you reconnect with your body post-birth, with plenty of understanding that babies don’t always stick to the plan 💛 Feed breaks, cuddles, nappy changes, a quick bounce… it’s all part of it. Always feel free to step off the reformer if your baby needs you and jump back in whenever you’re ready 🤍
A few important bits to know:
✨ Suitable from 8 weeks post vaginal delivery
✨ Suitable from 12 weeks post C-section or episiotomy
✨ We don’t set an upper age limit for babies as every little one develops differently, but once babies are mobile/crawling, they cannot be free to move around whilst reformers are in use for safety reasons. Babies will need to be safely contained in a bouncer, chair, jumperoo etc
✨ Parents/carers remain responsible for their little ones at all times

Please note the studio is accessed via stairs and unfortunately we don’t have indoor pram storage. Prams can be left outside at your own discretion, but we’re unable to accept responsibility for them.
The early days of parenthood can feel isolating at times, so this is about more than movement. It’s about connection, confidence, and finding your way back to yourself in a space that gets it ✨
