Every Thursday night, come and join me at the leisure centre for a fun, sweaty workout.
Kettlebells helps build up your strength, improve your fitness, build muscle mass (great for women to help keep their metabolism active), give you all those endorphins that help us feel good and is a great social environment to meet new friends 😀
So why not come along and give it a go if you haven't already!

We're taking on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, walking 24 miles around the city to raise funds for a charity close to our heart who has inspired us to give something back. Hi everyone,

On Sunday 18th September, myself and 8 of my weekend dog walking friends, will be taking on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2022 challenge, walking 24 miles around the city of Edinburgh, to help raise much needed funds for Scottish Families Affected by Drugs and Alcohol.
We would love to raise as much as we can to help this small Scottish charity continue to do the amazing work they do for families in Scotland.

If you don't have a kettlebell to hand, you can still join me. Grab a couple of dumbbells, or tins from the cupboard, or fill a couple of bottles with water, (or leave the wine in there), use anything you have lying around that will add some weight to your workout 💪
