I am an ex Army Physical Training Instructor that has also completed the All Arms Pre Parachute Selection. I have years of experience taking indoor and outdoor training sessions which vary from indoor circuits, outdoor circuits / boot camps, outdoor distance running with and without weight and assault course training. I have taken part in cross country (Nordic)
skiing for my regiment at the Army c

ompetition level in Bavaria. Upon leaving the Army, I had a few jobs that were pretty sedentary, a lot of sitting about. I started attending my friend Steven Curnyn's classes Warriorfit/Hellfit to get my fitness back.

5 years on I now take Warriorfit for Steve and
attend Hellfit when ever my work rota allows. I
will be offering boot camps, outdoor training
sessions, outdoor distance running and outdoor

Last night's Deadly Rox class set us up perfectly to GK into the weekend event that is Deadly Dozen.

Everyone was partnered up so as not to pick up any last minute injuries before the event.

On Monday we had our bootcamp class.
A hard but fun class.

Tuesday saw out Deadly class focus on trying to complete 12 stations and 12 labours.
We made it a little harder than kn the day but all being said you all powered through.

We are back tonight for our indoor class, it will definitely be a challenging one.

1hr 30m of hybrid training towards the next race.

After the 10k race on Saturday it's safe to say my calf muscles were a little tender from all of the hill climbs.

But we keep on moving.

To everyone that took part today, a massive well done from me.

That's the first time I've managed to get registered for the / Hop run and what better way to do it than with a big gang of you.

The 10km trail run was cheeky but fun run with some challenging hills.

Rest when you need to, but also keeping the intensity up to push yourself to your own limits.

Each and every one of you put in some seriously hard graft.

Our bootcamp is open to all abilities and will push you as far as you are willing to push yourself.

Last Tuesday and Wednesday we had our circuits and Deadly classes.

We are back at it after the weekends classes with a fresh week.

We have The Hop Run 10km this Saturday so our weekend classes will be on Sunday this week.
