Big Big thank you to all of you that supported us over the weekend.
We wish to thank you for respecting the camping rules and also for not leaving any rubbish on the field.
We hope you all enjoyed under the extreme weather conditions we have experienced lately.

A reminder that all classes need to sign on this morning as the morning session order will be followed by the afternoon running order as one block.
Practice will start at 9:45 for all riders.

!!!!!! CAMPING RULES FOR THE WEEKEND!!!!!
STRICTLY NO OPEN CAMPFIRES.
STRICTLY NO DISPOSABLE BBQ
ENSURE THAT ALL CI******ES ARE EXTINGUISHED BEFORE DISPOSAL
PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME WITH YOU.
GENERATORS OFF BY 11PM
NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11PM.
GATES OPEN AT 4PM.
We know that these rules can be awkward but we HAVE to think of everyone's safety at the event as well as keeping our neighbours accepting our presence.
Please help us to make the weekend safe and enjoyable for all.

Can anyone help us run the meeting over the weekend. Either half day or Full day slots on Saturday and Sunday.
Please message here if you can help us.
£40 + meal and drink for full day or £20 for half day or Free Entry for a rider in your family.

# # # SUMMER 2 DAYER 15TH/16TH AUGUST # # #
Details as follows:-
£25 Youth class Entry
£30 Adult class Entry
£10 Day licence fee if required.
CASH only,no card payment facility at venue.
SA33 4PU postcode.
(BYF orange sign at entrance).
Usual race programme on Saturday..
All youth solos up to 85cc plus Class 1 and Class 2 quads in the morning session,9:30 am to 12:30pm.
Afternoon session
Class 3,Class 4, Raptors ,Youth 125/250f and all other Adult solo and Adult Quad classes 1:30pm to approx 5pm.
Some delays may be experienced due to watering the track as and when required.

SUNDAY race programme will change to starting with the PW50 running up through the classes to 85cc then continue with Class 3,4,Youth 125/250f ...up to adult classes, followed by a repeat for the 2nd block.
Third block on Sunday will be fun races, Mums and Dads, staggered starts etc..full format to be decided

# # # # SUMMER WEEKEND 2 DAYER CAMPING RULES # # # #
Due to the ongoing extreme dry weather, to reduce the risk of fire whilst camping, we have to enforce the following rules:-
* STRICTLY NO DISPOSABLE BBQ.
* STRICTLY NO OPEN FIRES.
* ENSURE ALL CI******ES ARE EXTINGUISHED BEFORE CONTACT WITH DRY GRASS/FLAMMABLE AREAS.
Please bring along a small 1kg/2kg fire extinguisher,easily purchased at Halfords,Screwfix etc. to extinguish any fires which may start near your camper/caravan/tent.
We as a club will have extinguishers available but cannot cover all areas of the pits at short notice if required.
Please help us to help you in providing a safe environment for you and your family.
