Please help keep our volunteers moving.

We've recently found vehicles parked in front of our station doors and in spaces reserved for volunteer lifeboat crew.

Our volunteers can be paged at any time, day or night. Those few extra moments spent waiting for access or trying to find somewhere to park could delay a lifeboat launch when someone is in danger.

Please help us by keeping the station doors, access routes and designated crew parking spaces clear at all times.

The local community support is fantastic in Penarth and thank you to everyone who parks considerately and supports our lifesaving volunteers. Your cooperation really does help us save lives.

We hope we do not need to change our tag to state that we are on service 364 days of the year and 23.5/7 👀

What a fantastic weekend of racing at the Penarth Yacht Club Regatta! ⛵️💨

Across two days of competitive sailing, we welcomed a strong fleet of competitors from clubs across South Wales and beyond. The weekend delivered plenty of challenging conditions, with fresh winds and powerful tides providing a true test of skill, tactics and determination.

Despite the demanding conditions, the racing was excellent throughout, with close competition, great sportsmanship and some fantastic performances on the water.

A huge thank you to all the sailors, race officials, safety crews, volunteers and supporters who helped make the regatta such a success. We hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and look forward to welcoming you back to Penarth Yacht Club again soon.
