Saturday saw the start of our sweat sessions and it was a huge turnout! These sessions now run 8-15am every Saturday and Mondays at 6pm so it’s not too late to book on tonight…☀️

Arth KidRox - April Charity Event. 11-4-26

Tomorrow we are hosting our very own KidRox where we are welcoming all the shorties, students and friends from Arth to take part in a Hyrox style event just for kids!!

This month, because our event is for children our chosen charity is child centered. A very good friend of Arth, Hayley is raising money for the charity Latch by completing a half ironman herself.

Hayley is taking on this gigantic challenge because her good friend Emily lost her son Jude.

Jude passed away at just four years old, and he showed more strength, bravery, and love than most of us will ever know. Throughout Jude’s journey, Latch supported him and his mum Emily, dad Ian and older brother Sebastian every step of the way.

From day one, Latch provided accommodation, allowing the Cantlay family to stay close during treatment. They offered family support and financial help, easing pressures no family should have to face alone. When circumstances changed and Emily, Ian and Sebastian and Jude had no choice but to move up North to get Jude more treatment, Latch continued to support them all. Following Jude’s passing, Latch has continued to provide bereavement support for Emily, Ian and Sebastian.

All the money raised from our KidRox event will be donated to Hayleys fundraising page, if you would like to donate, you can either donate on the day via Arth or by clicking the link yourself and if you would like to show your respects to Jude please go find his memorial on penarth pier.

We are hosting the Arth KidRox in the name of Jude Cantlay 💙

For those that don’t know we aren’t just a gym - we also offer outdoor classes when the weather allows. This morning is a great example of how beautiful an outdoor workout by the water can be. Keep an eye on our timetable for more regular outdoor sessions after Easter.
