Yesterday the Arth ultra started at 6am and involved members & friends running/walking or cycling 6.25km up to the Clifftops and back every hour for 10 hours. Lots of people did multiple loops but all we cared about was having a good day, raising awareness of Prostate Cancer and raising money for Velindre. We are proud to say we raised over £3,000 pounds and can’t thank everyone enough for all their support. Diolch o Galon. 🖤💚 Same time next year?????

Another great session Penarth Yacht Club this morning but remember no classes next Sat 4th July due to our big fundraiser for Velindre. Starting at 6am come and walk or run 6.25km every hour for as many as you wish!

No classes at ARTH have been cancelled during the heatwave as we are blessed with air conditioning!!!!
Yesterday the shorties class embraced the cold air during some yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏾 stay cool always 😎
