What a fabulous day celebrating the 75th year of Old Pens 7s, the oldest 7s tournament in Wales 🏉💛💙
A huge congratulations to Scimitar Thunder, who won the men’s competition after a brilliant final against Empire 7s 🏆
And congratulations to Wales Deaf, winners of the women’s competition, who beat Senghenydd Sirens in another fantastic final 🙌
A special well done to our players of the tournament: Yaw for the men’s competition and Caitlin Moffat for the women’s competition ⭐️
Most of all, thank you to every team that turned up, played with heart and gave us such a great day of rugby.
A huge thank you also to all our hard-working bar staff, volunteers, medical personnel, referees, organisers and the brilliant stalls who came along to support the day 🙏🏻
Events like this simply do not happen without people giving their time, energy and care behind the scenes.
Days like this remind us what community rugby is all about: competition, connection, respect and a lot of joy on and off the pitch.
