This year I’m taking on something big.

Alongside my brilliant tandem pilot Geraint, I’ll be cycling 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby in one day as part of the CARTEN100.

We’re doing it to raise money for Look UK – a charity that supports young visually impaired people to build confidence, independence and belief in themselves.

As a visually impaired mum and athlete, I know how important that support is. Opportunities in sport and life shouldn’t depend on sight. Look UK helps young people step forward with confidence, and that matters.
