My last class at tredegar sports centre had me bawling me eyes out. Its been a pleasure to teach you for 8 years but sometimes you have to make moves that are right for you, no matter how much I'll miss you all. Thank you so much for the kind and beautiful gifts and card, I cried again opening it all. Big zumba love to you all, thank you for having me as your instructor ❤️

Aqua fit 11am, zumba 5.30pm and strength and tone 6.30pm

Thursday (Abertillery sports centre)
Zumba 6.30pm, strength and rave kick 7.30pm

Friday (pontypool active living centre) zumba 9am and kettlebells (covering) 10am

Here we go last 3 classes of 2023 this morning! It's been an absolute pleasure to have been your instructor and thank you each and everyone of you for joining me for zumba, rave kick, strong nation, spin, aqua, pilates and everything else I've thrown at you. You are all freaking awesome!! Many thanks for the lovely gifts, its more appreciated than you know. See you in 2024 💪
