The day after the main event of the weekend, Ironkids, there was a bit of a warm down event called Ironman.
Coach Barry managed to get round it in 13:00:07.
Hopefully receiving lots of abuse from our youngsters enroute.
This years Ironkids medal is still the coolest medal of the weekend, possibly the coolest ever.

In good running conditions, all of them performed amazingly, having their moments down the red carpet and under the legendary arch.

That’s the junior training sessions done for the year, just Ironkids left for the young athletes

This year saw some regular faces returning to the club as well as welcoming some new ones.
We held our first triathlon at Pembroke leisure centre with some help from Triathlon Cymru, which saw many of the young athletes having their first go at triathlon.

We will be back in the spring and hopefully some more developments as we continue to grow.

Big thanks to everyone for their support for our Second year as a junior club.

Well done to 3 of the juniors who travelled up to Carmarthen today to take part in the Carmarthen fun Tri.
Back for the first time since Covid and it didn’t disappoint.
Although guys, we are gonna have to have a chat about your outfits, only one of you were dressed decently.
