This is your warm up

Shown are different positions for beginner and up to advanced

Curl up on to your shoulder blades, rib cage down into the mat, pull stomach muscles in

Staying up on your shoulders is important to protect your back, legs together through the heels up to the thighs and glutes for a strong position

Pump arms long and strong to circulate the blood and take deep breaths in through the nose for 5 and then out for 5 to cleanse the lungs
