It has been a little minute since I had my teaching hat on! But here we go. Super excited to announce I'll be back at the lovely No.87 from the 14th of March.

This flow is aimed at anyone who needs to move their body. A complete beginner or Well practiced yogis can all benefit from this flow. The class will have a similar structure each week, working deeply with breath to release tensions and help with Nervous system regulation. We will move through our asanas with breath and take time in each one. The class will end with a guided meditation and a lovely savasana. Perfect to kick off a nice relaxing weekend.
