Who else is packing their gi right next to the pool floaties this week? We know the summer break is a wild juggle of beach days and trying to keep the family entertained, but keeping up just a little bit of routine makes a massive difference when September rolls around. That is why we are still open every Tuesday! Whether you have been dodging seagulls all day or just need an hour to burn off some of that extra holiday energy, come jump on the mat with us. Armbands are optional, but definitely not recommended. Who is joining us this Tuesday?
