Class Update-

We have just assessed the roads around the club's vicinity and all roads seem safe and clear (aside from the usual puddles when it's raining heavy on the road entering the estate).

Our classes will be on if conditions remain the same.

We would like to encourage all parents to make the decision whether to train or not on your own specific circumstances and although our classes will go ahead please don't feel obliged to attend if you prefer not to drive in today's conditions.

Day 2-
Tough day in the office today.
Lots of great performances with unbelievable amounts of Welsh grit and toughness in all our fighters.
More fights than yesterday, more fighters but all fights finished by 12pm so it was intense with absolutely no time at all between fighters.
Lots of opportunities to learn for us all as a team, as coaches and as fighters but we will reflect and we will grow from every aspect of today.
Well done to each and every fighter today, you did us all proud. 😁🤙

Fight 3- a very questionable loss via decision (which their coach said he expected to lose, but our head coach has appealed the decision so we wait to hear on that but we can only control ourselves so we accept whatever comes back now).

Ava walked out of the cage and was called for her last fight as she walked back to the changing room (but they changed her corner colour so had to run, get changed then walk straight back to the cage for her last fight, 10 minutes after fight 3).

Fight 4- lost via decision to the defending world champion (Ava made her work for the win and didn't accept anything defending with every ounce of her skill).

We wait for the final result but we have had a fab day, Ava has given her all and as far as I am concerned has won 2 and lost 2, she has had a blast and she has done me, Catherine, her family, her gym family and her country proud.
