🏃‍♂️🎉 PDHRFC Minis & Juniors Running Club is officially OPEN! 🎉🏃‍♀️

What a fantastic turnout on what turned out to be a very warm evening! ☀️🔥 16 adults, 13 kids and a Dog 🐶

Everyone, from our youngest runners to our oldest, gave 100% effort from start to finish 👏💪. It was a brilliant display of teamwork, encouragement, and Quins spirit ⚫️⚪️❤️.

We will be upping the distance each week so come and get involved on our journey to getting fit for the season ahead 🙌🏼

📢 Please note: from next week onwards, we will be starting at 17:30 to help those with work commitments make it along.

Thank you to everyone who came and made our first session such a success. We can’t wait to do it all again!

This exciting initiative is open to all age groups within the club, as well as the extended families of our registered players 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⚫️⚪️.

📅 First Session: Wednesday 17th June
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM
📍 Meeting Point: PDHRFC Clubhouse

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, looking to improve your fitness, or simply want to enjoy some exercise with fellow Quins members, this is a fantastic opportunity to:

✅ Build fitness for the upcoming season

Congratulations also to Fletcher Potter who has once again been selected to represent Pembrokeshire Schools County U11s.

Fletcher is currently playing a year up and represented the county last season so a great achievement to be involved for two seasons.

I’m sure you will bring valuable leadership and experience to this years set up.

🚨 PROUD CLUB ALERT 🚨

A huge shout out to one of our many talented youngsters at the Quins!

Oscar Davies, Under 11s, was selected to play for West Wales against East Wales in the WSRU 50th Anniversary match, at Parc y Scarlets on 29th May!

Oscar always gives 110% without fail - whether he’s setting the pitch alight with his fast feet & exceptional skills, or dictating matches with his intelligent reading of the game! It’s great to see that his hard work & commitment has been rewarded, and rightly so!

Well done Oscar - everyone at the club is extremely proud of you! Keep working hard and listening to your coaches… But most importantly, enjoy every moment 🖤🤍
