We’re launching our first Teen HYROX session at CM!

Starting Tuesday 16th June 🔥

⚠️ Limited spaces available

Designed to help teens build fitness, confidence, strength and resilience in a fun, supportive environment.

This is part of our trial period before we look to add more classes and time slots.

This is your chance to take control

We get it, we know how hard it is to get started or make a change when your just not feeling it

You keep telling yourself:
“I’ll start next week”
“I’ll get back into it soon”
“I hate how I feel, I need to do something”

But weeks pass and nothing changes

Every time you say it’s going to start, you think your going to “feel” the moment but the moment never comes

And with that, another week of not achieving it piles on top of that ever growing mountain

Thats where most people get stuck

The difference between you and those doing it?

They just did it, even when they didn’t feel ready

Take some action and build a small win for yourself even though you may not feel like doing it. You will thank yourself tomorrow

It’s very rare we uncap our booking limit as we love how we coach our small group sessions but we thought we’d change it up

✅Mixed group with various fitness levels
✅Supportive environment
✅Good energy where you can train hard & enjoy yourself too

Well done to the winning team 👏
(although some questionable cheating from Mr Higson 🙄🤣)

We’re already planning the next big one 📝

January can be a great time to start, especially with the whole “new year, new you” mindset floating around.

Motivation might be high…
but January itself can also be a long, chaotic month.

Getting used to daily routines 😮‍💨
Long, dark days 🌨️
Financially long & tight 💸
Emotionally heavy 🧠😔
Generally overwhelming for a lot of us 🫠

So don’t worry…

We actually see more people start feeling better, building momentum, and making progress in February than right now.

Don’t let social media make you feel like you’re already falling behind in 2026 because you haven’t started or because you don’t feel how you think you should.

You’re in the majority, not the minority.

That’s one of the reasons we usually bring new starters in towards the end of January, not the first week.

“How much is it?”

Here’s something to think about…

When we are feeling stressed, low, tired or just wanting to ‘switch off’ for a moment, a lot of us can turn to;

Having a few beers 🍺
Bottle of wine of an evening 🍷
Takeaway at the weekend 🥘
Amongst other habits too 🚬

And a lot of these work in the moment, right?

But then afterwards, the next day, few hours later

Do they still work? Or do you just go round in a circle?

A common question we get asked is… How much is it?

👉 Well if we told you our avg session price is not far from the same price as a pint of beer

👉 Cheaper than most bottles of wine

👉 And will absolutely save you money compared to unhealthy habits 🚬
