If you thought it was just me getting caught out by the new Bosch Race Mode... think again. 😂

I hate to say 'I told you so, but I told you so.' 🤣

Murray from the Riders Retreat Tweed Valley took the demo bike out for a technical climb to see what that 120Nm ,600% support and a 2meter over run could really do. I tried to warn him. Turns out, what it can do is give you a very sudden, very predictable "wee lie down" in the dirt.

Good to see it's not just me that gets caught out by the Extended Boost, that motor isn't messing around. It’s a beast on the technical climbs, but it definitely keeps you on your toes!

The good news: The bike is fine. Murray is fine. His pride? Maybe a little bit bruised. 😅🤙

Dizi Lo Down (maybe)

It's all about the tight turns and that natural, loamy feel that makes you feel like you're really in the thick of the forest. It's fast, it's twisty, and it definitely lives up to the name if you try to carry too much speed through the corners.

The wait is finally over. I’ve finally ridden Hammer Time. 🔨🚵‍♂️💨

After all the comments and all the "when are you doing it?" messages, the conditions were finally perfect. I followed 100085709157274:2048:Murray from the 100063587383368:2048:Riders Retreat Tweed Valley , which definitely helped, having someone to follow makes those spicy bits feel a lot more doable.

It’s every bit as technical and challenging as people say, but in these dry conditions, it was an absolute blast. I will not be making a wet lap video, 🤣 🤣 but I made it to the bottom in one piece!

If you’ve been thinking about giving it a go, now is the time while the trails are this good. ☀️🤙
