It has been a week of lovely posts from members of my groups, and it was a really nice surprise to read the this from Karen Henderson Legacy Fund this evening.

I am very lucky to have found a job that I love, and such a great group of people to share yoga with. Thank you Things Cancer Made Me Do Carla Mitchell and Henderson Legacy Fund for all of your kind words this week 😊

Great to see the updated Breast Cancer Now information on Fatigue that I was part of the review panel for. I am particularly pleased to see the inclusion of the infographic that I suggested which shows all the different potential causes of fatigue - check it out. I think it is a really helpful way to think of fatigue, as understanding what is causing it (and recognising that it might be more than one thing) helps determine the best type of treatment for it.
