Introducing the new Flex and Flow class for adults of all ages and abilities! Starting Wednesday 9th June 7.30-8pm @ Paulerspury village hall. Targeted for those who would enjoy and benefit from strengthening and stretching your muscles, in a relaxing and tranquil environment🧘🏻‍♀️

We will also be introducing the new Junior Street class for ages 7-10yrs and the new Flex & Flow class for adults🩰
