You dont have to be confident to start.

You don't have to be fit. Or wait til youre in better shape.

You dont even need to be coordinated.

Our classes are totally in the dark so you can dance like noones watching! (Because they arent!) With levels of impact for all abilities, shapes and sizes.

Healthy Low Calorie Cinnamon Roll Muffins with Creamy Centers ✨🍩
A delightful and guilt-free treat that combines the warm flavors of cinnamon rolls with a creamy surprise in the center, perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (mashed)
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup oat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking powder

For the Creamy Centers:
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, egg, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Combine the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the oat flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Prepare the Creamy Centers: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and honey until smooth.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Spoon a small amount of the muffin batter into each muffin cup, just enough to cover the bottom. Add a teaspoon of the creamy center mixture on top, then cover with more muffin batter until the cups are about ¾ full.
Bake the Muffins: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy these delicious, healthy cinnamon roll muffins warm or at room temperature!
