We are pleased to announce our “Approved Used” Mountain Bike sales!

As the name suggests we’ll be selling quality, pre-owned Mountain Bikes. All of our stock will undergo the full Plushworx treatment here in our workshop prior to sale. This removes all the worries and risks that previously came with buying a used bike.

Some weekend details.

A customer came to us having had persistent gear shifting issues, caused by their derailleur hanger. As you’ll see, the original bolt is small and fine threaded, which resulted in it rattling loose, causing poor gear shifting.

Problem solved: We fitted a top quality CNC machined hanger, then machined it so the head of the larger, thicker pitched bolt would sit flush. We then installed a hidden Nylock Nut to secure the hanger for reliable, ultra slick shifting 🔥
