We’re Moving!
It’s official – the lease is signed and the keys are in hand. Here’s a first peak at the space that will soon become the new Lift Pangbourne 👀
Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing updates as we start fitting the gym out and lock in the official date for the move.
This next chapter also means we’ll be opening up a few more spaces for our now Pangbourne-famous 6 Week Challenge 😃
We’ve been at max capacity for the last 12 months, with people joining for the results and staying for the fantastic LIFT community!
I’ll be reaching out to everyone who’s been patiently waiting on the waitlist (some of you have been on there for almost a year now) 😮
Even with the move, we’ll still only have capacity for 40 members total. We keep the membership numbers intentionally small so we can guarantee results and give every member the focus and personalised plan they need.
Everything is tailored around you - from your training weights and progression, all the way through to nutrition that fits around your lifestyle. This isn't a bootcamp or group exercise class. This is LIFT personal training! 💪🏼
Because of that, there will be just 5 spaces available on the next 6 Week Challenge starting in April.
