2023 is nearing to an end. Christmas festivities are over. Looking forward to new year, new goals, new resolutions.

Its that lovely time of the year again; time with your loved ones, time away from work. I would like to thank all the wonderful people in my life, at work, my family and my Pilates participants. You have kept me going during and after lockdown period. You have embraced the change to Zoom and back to in person Pilates. I have loved and enjoyed teaching Pilates. I hope you all have had a great time working on staying fit , keeping your body and mind connected and the mindful relaxation. Looking forward to next year, seeing you back and meeting many new people. Have a lovely Christmas and New year ahead. ❤️

It's been a delight getting back to pilates class in person. Everybody is enjoying the workout. Completed first block of face to face class after being off during covid. Thanks to all participants who have joined in. It is great to be back, seeing people enjoying the class. Thanks to Paisley South Church for letting me their big hall. Perfect venue, ample parking place and a big hall. Thanks to everyone.

Face to face class starting, 9th Feb, 545 to 645. Still few spaces left. Come and join, you will never look back. Plenty of space for getting parked. Big spacious room, well ventilated, we can all exercise safely maintaining 2m distance. Look forward to seeing you all.
