🌿YOGA WORKSHOP Sat 12 Sept 10-1pm🌿

This three-hour workshop gives you the perfect opportunity to slow down and explore your yoga practice in more depth.

We’ll look at yoga postures in more detail (how they feel and function in the body) alongside breath work, meditation and relaxation.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, with a sense of calm and space that you can take with you into the rest of the weekend.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. It’s a wonderful opportunity to explore yoga in more detail than your weekly classes allow. Plus, there will be time to enjoy coffee/tea and delicious cake – healthy snacks are also available.
