🚨 BOOTCAMP SIGN UP CLOSES TODAY AT 5PM

Right, last call from me on this one 😂

If you’ve been looking at the Bootcamp posts and thinking “I really should do that” but haven’t actually messaged me yet… you’ve got until 5pm today.

And if the thing stopping you is that you’re unfit, haven’t exercised for ages, don’t know anyone, feel self-conscious walking into a class or think everyone else will be fitter than you then please don’t let that be the reason you don’t join.

🎉 Our 21 Day Bootcamp is BACK… and this time it’s even bigger!

We’re absolutely delighted that for this Bootcamp we can now include our Erskine classes AND our BRAND NEW Bishopton classes, alongside our full timetable in Elderslie 🙌

It means more classes, more choice and hopefully makes it even easier for you to get back into a good routine.

The Bootcamp starts Monday 31st August and runs for 21 days.

It’s £55 and includes:

💪 2 Arcufit classes per week
🥗 Macro-calculated meal plans
🎯 Your own calorie & protein targets
📏 Weight & measurement tracking
