As temperatures soar in Scotland the Cabinet Secretary for justice in Scotland Angela Constance must be feeling the heat.
Miss Constance said the reason for the increase in prison population was unclear
REALLY ? !!!!!!!!!!!
THAT WAS HER ANSWER
This statement from the Secretary of Justice is literally one of two things and both are unacceptable.
1.She is not doing her job properly (it is her job to understand why)
2. They are hiding something, you know why prison populationis rising and if said it will unravel a scandel.
It would be interesting to see the statistics of men being put in prison in Scotland at the fate of the 274/275 law and the new Corroberation Law,we will be able to share these with you all soon, should our freedom of information request be answered, "if it gets answered"!!!!!!!
This is what happens when you try and fix a statistic, with laws which breach Men's Human Rights giving you no chance to contest or deliver evidence, a shameful time for Scotland a shameful level of production, and a shameful performance by the current government.
The family have been ignored by Swinney, who stated this week, "I am the First Minister for everyone".
So ! Angela Constance would you be willing to meet with us ? and discuss the facts that preclude a fair trial.
Today, its declared by the Secretary of Justice
that the Criminal Justice system is a victim of its own success.
That's a quick turnaround from not being clear what the reasons for the rapid increase in prison population was.
