End of Block tonight at Strikerz. Well done tonight on the games week πŸ™Œ Lots of variations of games and small sided competition across the groups. Some great goals scored πŸ”₯ and great to see the strikerz enjoying themselves in the session but also applying some competition to put the skills under pressure. Fitness the theme tonight at strikerz πŸ˜… πŸƒ Started with high intensity game and multi ⚽️ to keep the strikerz alert. Circuit to keep the strikerz on the move πŸƒ with ⚽️ with some dribbling, passing and shooting πŸ₯³ Then into some 2v2s with one group sprinting out and the other pair on the dribble to create 2x1v1s then an extra ⚽️ in for the 2v2 combinations. Shooting tonight at strikerz πŸ’ͺ🏼 Get close to the ball and connect with power and accuracy. Mix up your shooting low and hard, high and corners and try and catch goal keeper out of position. Keep using weaker foot as well so important at younger ages to get used to weaker 🦢 finished with fun games as always. Well done ⭐️ strikerz πŸ₯³
