RESULT - William Amponsah

Two brilliant road results the last few weeks from Willam against some real top quality world class athletes

At the Boston Marathon Boston 10km William finished 10th on a challenging course in 28:34.

That result was backed up on Saturday with an 8th place finish in 28:24 at the Atlanta Track Club Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race

Great week for our athletes with personal bests set and national championships won!

Chic set his second new PB in 2026 at Roon The Toon 10k clocking 39:07. This follows his marathon PB at Manchester Marathon and consistent performances in the recent Babcock 10k series.

After just finishing her exams, Millie took gold in a commanding performance in the SSAA u18 Womens 1500m Steeplechase Championships.

Well done to both.

Well done to Luca and Millie representing Scotland this morning at the Mini London Marathon. Both the first Scot home, Luca was 11th in the u16 Boys and Millie 17th in the u18 Womens race. Airdrie Harriers

Congratulations to our two athletes running Manchester Marathon today, both coming home with PBs

David took 2minutes off his previous best running 2:55:38

Chic set a new PB of 3:11:03 - 37secs PB and finishing well inside the Boston Marathon qualifying time!

Gold 🥇for Millie

On Wednesday at the Scottish Schools XC Championships, Millie finished her schools XC career winning the Group A Girls race! Getting a small gap with ~1200m to go on arguably one of the toughest courses out there, Millie gradually extended her lead all the way to the finish to win her first Scottish Schools title 🙌💪 phenomenal run 🏃‍♀️ 📸 Neil Renton

Well done to Andy - one of our newer runners - who's made considerable improvement since starting with us. This morning, he ran 28:09 in a 5km time trial, which was almost a 2.5minutes improvement from his previous time trial 7 weeks ago.

Fine run from William Amponsah in his first race since finishing his collegiate career, placing 8th in a new road 10k PB of 28:13 at the Atlanta Track Club Peachtree Road Race.
