Xena Fitness Studios Xena Fitness Studios is a hub for alternative fitness, wellbeing and education. Xena is a concept that I have been developing for around 10 years.

It’s been inspired by many experiences including my role as assistant manager at an all women’s gym which had a fantastic sense of nurturing and community,, working as a self employed personal trainer delivering private sessions and running feminine
strength and conditioning Group PT courses. I wanted to create something that had the care of personal training, the affordability and community of group sessions and variety that accommodated all of your health needs and wants
(mixing the Yin and the Yang of training styles in a way) and this is my concept of that. The sessions are a mixture of calisthenic strength circuits, pole fitness, power yoga, yin yoga,wellness and meditation, All sessions are in small groups of 4-6 people to ensure you get personal
assistance and care. The Xena program also includes motivation workshops, nutrition education workshops, weigh and measures, nutrition, recipes and an online community. Xena Fitness studios is
a small but mighty community for strength and wellness with the most amount of support I can provide at the best possible rate. I have a selection of different programs ranging from intensive to casual for all needs. With the Xena programs you will burn fat, tone up, build strength without “bulking”, improve posture and muscular balance
and take much needed care of your body and mind

Type of Training?
For the sessions I can provide training in: Pole Fitness, Hammock, Strength Training and Yoga (or a mix!). I'm passionate about building strength and joint stability so that you can do the things you didn't think were possible. I'm especially experienced with hypermobility, fibromyalgia and joint pain (i.e neck, shoulders, spine, lower back, feet etc).

Current Deal:
I normally do twice a week packages for 1:1. But I have a couple of people who have hopped into those time slots for once a week (because they are doing it as a supplement to their classes/current training). So I'll be offering a 50% off discount for anyone who can hop into the other slot.

We’re giving you all a wee heads up this time so that everyone has a chance to get in before it fills up. I know some of you have just missed out a couple of times (it fills up fast!).

A floating sound bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience where participants lie down in a hammock and listen to the soothing sounds produced by crystal singing bowls.
