Margaret is a qualified running coach (YMCA Qualified) Spin instructor, also offers a Personal training service, She has competed in Marathons , Half Marathon, 10k’s and trail running events. This family based business can provide you with gait analysis, footwear advice and good customer service. We can be seen during the year at local race events in and about the West of Scotland.
