Great weekend delivering a couple of workshops on the coaches impact and the art of coaching to the Womens Coaching Network at Live Argyll and High Jump Coach Development Day for Scottishathletics . Thanks to all the coaches for sharing experiences through conversations and discussions. One story reminded me why we have to remember that one comment or feedback, positive or negative can stay with a player/athlete for life. Thanks also to Andy Spink at for getting me to jump off rocks into the sea in the afternoon.....
