my goal is to change lives through the aid of fitness, I am looking for dedicated clients who are willing to grit their teeth to benefit their future version of themselves and I don't just mean batter loads of sessions in the gym and kill your body :) I will set you weekly goals and check in with you every week to see what you have accomplished, however also if your struggling I will address this

And everything else.

Ryan has made it his mission to complete tasks even though he is a shift worker. There was never any excuses so big pat on the back to Ryan he's done very well and this is just the start.

Next steps is put on a few more KG this month for his ibiza trip 💪

Not only has Ryan put on lots of muscle and size but he is also now benching and doing all his compound lifts over his bodyweight for reps which is impressive 👏

‼️Bulgarian split squat progression‼️
(Everyone's favourite thing to hate 🤣)

Client back in again today doing a leg session and we have found a weakness ...😁

So what do we do we work on it and turn it into a strength

Ryan hasn't ever done Bulgarian split squats so today is just about improving technique

What did we do
-stripped the weight back to bodyweight
-addressed how he sets up
-Sorted out balance issues
-gave him knowledge on how the movement should look

What we are going to do moving forward
-work on Ryan's mobility
-work on balance
-work on progressive overload

He will be a pro in no time 😉

Remember... this is Ryan's first time doing these so big improvements made today already and he can only get better

My journey so far...😁

Since starting my own journey I have learned lots of different training techniques from which I can now implement into my own clients☑😁

I started as an unhappy lost angry 69kg soaked wet through at 6"3 so yes I was quite skinny and this bothered me however I trusted the process and I am over the moon with my progress my training and my technique has come on massively

I'm now sitting around 77kg with lots more muscle lots more confidence in myself I've pretty much chucked drinking as I now feel confident enough in myself that I don't need to use alcohol to get me through situations, it's honestly like I have unlocked the next level in my own life and there's lots more to come

•no longer abuse alcohol
•lots of new friends

‼️HONEY CHILI CHICKEN‼️ 70.3g protein

Serves 2 this recipe 🟠1031 calories all in🟠

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN

•200G chicken brest (I used way more🤣)
•1 tbsp salt
•1 tbsp pepper
•1 tbsp paprika
•1 tbsp chili powder
•2 tbsp cornflower
•1 egg
•1tbsp soy sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

•olive oil dash
•2 garlic cloves
•1 tbsp honey
•2 tbsp ketchup
•2 sweet chili
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp sugar

Step 1- cut chicken into bitesize pieces

Step 2- add salt, pepper paprika and chili powder then mix well

Step 3- add cornflour, egg and soy sauce then mix well again

Step 4-either airfy or deep-fry the chicken

Step 5- cut up spring onion and garlic cloves

Step 6- add oil, garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce , sweet chili and sugar on low heat stir this is your sauce

Step 7 - add chicken to sauce and give it a good mix make sure fully coated

Step 8- plate up sprinkle garnish of seasme seeds and spring onions and enjoy

Can make this alot lower calories by changing the fries to vegetables such as peppers

How to bench press correctly⬇️

Step 1.set your feet

Step 2 Create an arch in your back also retract the scapula (pull your shoulders back and down) will do a video explanation of this if needed

Step 3. Line eyes up with the bar

Step 3 unrack weight take a big deep breath and brace and hold

Step 4 controll the eccentric movement(way down) keep the elbows in until it touches your chest around the ni**le line

Step 5. Drive the weight up keeping elbows tucked in and not flared out once the rep is complete breathe

Step 6. DONT EGO LIFT stay safe lift within your capability focus on techniques strength will come with progressive overload
