Our 8 Week Training Camp kicks off on Wednesday 2nd September, giving you the chance to step into the ring and represent Team Beauty or Team Beast on our biggest fight night yet.

So wholesome receiving this lovely review from my wee young one 🥹🫶🏼

Considering she makes me realise my age sometimes being a young pup 🥲🥲 we have such a good laugh together - she's bubbly, funny and as much as she may hate a leg day, she works so hard through any exercise I give her. Her strength has really progressed and she looks amazing anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰

Hey all 🥰

A little face behind the brand - We are Richard and Rebecca of Beauty & Beast, a private fitness facility based on Paisley High Street.

We are a husband and wife team offering both personal training and group sessions without the hustle and bustle of a busy gym environment.

After a short time with us you will quickly learn he loves to hear the chat, while I don't stop the chat, both passionate about what we do and our clients 🫶🏼

All of our sessions are suitable to all fitness levels including beginner, exercises can be adapted where necessary.

Please see below the range of small group and class sessions we currently offer along with space availability. If you fancy seeing what we're all about we run pay as you go sessions on a Saturday morning with BOXFIT at 8am and CIRCUITS at 10am, to get a feel for who we are and what we're all about 🥰

Haven't posted on this page for a while but...

Hey all - free trial class tonight 7pm 🥰🔥

This isn't Boxing Club, it's a boxfit / bootcamp blend with a mix of body weight, cardio and weighted exercises in a circuit style set up.

Suitable for all fitness levels including beginners - although we would always try and encourage you, it can be done at your pace and alternative exercises can be offered where necessary ☺️

The new block starts next week so why not come down and give it a try tonight 😍
