☀️ SUMMER EDITION ☀️

As I sit in my garden in the sunshine I am super excited to announce my next challenge group with me is starting NEXT TUESDAY 17th April for 75 DAYS ending on SATURDAY 28th June for a paddle board party/cold water dip experience 🙌🏻 (location tbc)

The important details:
75 days = £75 (£1 a day!!!!! - aaaaand you can pay in two instalments of £32.50 if you want)

So what’s the challenge?

Run Confident for Summer! 🏃🏼‍♀️

It’s going to be super simple, but simple doesn’t always mean easy…if it was easy you would already be doing it!

This is NOT about covering massive distances, it’s about teaching yourself discipline and consistency.

I will:
- set the daily challenge (mindset, water, movement)
- give you daily motivation
- keep you accountable
- send you weekly balance and core workouts to assist stronger running techniques
- create a WhatsApp community to chat and ask questions
- arrange group runs/track sessions

All you need to do is pick the distances - THIS is why this challenge is so special and literally for ANYONE, when you are picking the distances, it doesn’t matter how long or far you run, it’s you vs you!

All that matters is that you show up and take on my coaching along the way.

As always, I will be doing this with you, I will set my own goals, I will share them with you and I will be with you supporting you, every step of the way!

I can’t wait! It’s 11 weeks in total..imagine right now how you are going to feel in 75 days if you stick to a SIMPLE PLAN, reap the rewards and run confidently for summer!

Mums near Hillington, Glasgow? There is a new gym where you can take your baby to workout with you!!

Fab way to meet likeminded Mums and get fit. It consists of a safe postpartum workout, buggy walk (Barshaw Park, Paisley) and spa day at the end of a 6 week block! Amazing!

✨ Exercise with Baby ✨

Working out as a Mum, doesn’t always have to revolve around other people or arranging childcare, if exercise is important to you or you want to get fit after having your baby, in you can train with me and bring your baby 👶🏼👏🏻

has been training with me now for 2 months and has seen massive changes not only in her fitness but also her balance, posture and confidence in the gym.

We I ntroduced squats with the Olympic bar today, well done Julia and with our wee cheerleader watching on (or usually having a nap!)

The gym is spacious and accessible for prams with free parking.

I am passionate about helping busy, successful Mums use exercise to get physically and mentally strong and have the headspace to be better for their little ones.

Starts week beginning Monday 3rd January 💪🏻

I am so excited to announce that now my Bootcamp is indoors, it’s going to be in

10 Ballantine Avenue, Hillington

Please book fast as it is a first come first served basis and these classes have been really popular in the past being at the park.

Now we have got an indoor premise it’s just gone up a notch and it’s amazing!!

Want to get fitter, stronger, faster, leaner ~ get booked in and start Bootcamp in January 👏🏻👏🏻 suitable for ALL levels.

The classes will be :
Monday 5.45-6.30pm
Monday 6.45-7.30pm

Wednesday 5.45-6.30pm

Saturday 9.15am-10am

Here is a breakdown of the costs to be paid monthly please:
1 class per week £7 each class = £28
2 classes per week £6 each class = £48
3 classes per week £5 each class = £60

**Spaces at Bootcamp and NEW Saturday morning class!!**

I love my job! Even on a wet and windy evening this amazing team SHOWS UP!

The hard work is paying off, starting to see results in fitness and in strength. Confidence is growing and it’s an absolute pleasure to coach every one of you.

Suitable for all levels and all our workouts are progressive with options for high or low impact, we focus on exercise to help with posture, balance, strength and endurance.

✨New Zoom block for postnatal exercise Wednesday at 11am-12noon, babies welcome! 👶🏼 ✨

Exercise after a baby, like a lot of things can be daunting, if you have any questions please just ask me I will be happy to help.

We can do 121 training which is designed for you, specific to your goals, or join my postnatal class on zoom. It is a safe way to exercise the full body after having a baby, at any stage postpartum.

When is the right time to get back to exercise after having a baby?

6 or 12 week is recommended depending on birth however must be signed of by your midwife or GP.

The class is designed as a full body workout focusing on balance, posture and over all strength. You work at your own pace, taking the right option and level for you on your journey. These exercises will encourage core connection and strength in pelvic floor so you feel confident and ready to move into any other type of exercise postpartum.

I am a mum of two boys, I am a fully certified pre and postnatal personal trainer and would love to help more mums be more confident in there bodies after baby.

It’s important for me to be fit and ready for my boys to play and run with them and have the confidence to know I can! Doing exercise regularly also helps me feel better in my head and gives me the energy I need to be mum to my two energetic boys!!
