Thank you so much to City Gate Hotel for inviting me to host yesterday’s Pilates & Brunch🧘‍♀️🍉

It was such a lovely morning, and really special practising Pilates outside, underneath the beautiful stretch tent in the Secret Garden, surrounded by greenery and plants. Such a peaceful and gorgeous setting for a Sunday morning🌿 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🌸

It was also wonderful to meet so many new faces and welcome everyone to my class. Thank you to everyone who came along, joined in and made it such a lovely atmosphere 🤍

A special thank you to the fantastic team at City Gate Hotel for being so welcoming, and for the delicious, healthy brunch with such a great choice of options 🥐🥑🍉🥯🍓

I’m already looking forward to the next one on Sunday 20th September — I hope to see lots of you there! ✨
