The new season has officially started and the boxers have been training hard to get ready for our first tournament this season at South Bristol Golden Gloves on the 26th & 27th September.
Excellent work from the Juniors class tonight, focusing on footwork and a monster session on the bags for the Seniors.
The work never stops! 💪🥊

We took a few of the Seniors on a savage eclipse special for hill sprints with 10 x Burpees, 10 x Push Ups and 10 x Squat Thrusts adding an extra 5 reps to each run, each boxer covering 6.4km and getting in 325 reps of each.
Finishing up with body sparring.
