Good luck, Team England! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Tuesday brings one of the busiest days yet for Team England’s bowlers, with seven matches across all the disciplines at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

But the action begins with a chase for gold medals!

The morning starts on Rink 1 at 8.30am, where our VI Para Mixed Pairs duo Ron Homer BEM and Sally-Ann Lewis-Wall, supported by Directors Sue Davies and Elizabeth Shipley, go for gold against hosts Scotland.

Next up are Amy Pharoah and Sian Honnor in the Women’s Pairs, looking to secure gold against Malaysia on Rink 1.

Rounding of the trio of gold medal matches for Team England at 11.35 on Rink 1 is England’s Sam Tolchard takes on Izzat Shameer Dzulkeple of Malaysia.

We’ll share a separate post tomorrow morning with full details for the afternoon session, including the start of the Women’s Singles, Men’s Pairs, and the Men’s and Women’s Para Pairs group stages.

The Ladies Unbadged Pairs
and the Mixed Pairs are new competitions for the coming season. They will be played off initially in the sections the same as the other county competitions.
