What a weekend! The Hyrox crew going out and being awesome, again!

Some amazing efforts over the last 3 days,

Tom and Nick achieving a 1:06 - new pb for them.

Tash and Alana doing doubles for the first time, alongside Mand and Jen. All four doing incredibly well and showing Hyrox who is boss - apart from counting 😅

Matt and I doing doubles on Saturday, not quite the time (1:00:57) we wanted but we go again

Lastly but most impressively, Bardia being awesome and going solo, beating his previous best!

Fingers crossed we can get tickets for an event soon, if you’re interested in joining the training then please feel free to message.

Another fantastic race from Em, taking on the ridiculously hard - The Grizzly.

Em has been putting in the hard miles in training alongside her strength training. We have been working on core strength, this helps keep the body strong and upright on the tough trails. We’ve also been working on ankle and leg strength and mobility - absolutely vital for the technical aspect of trail running.

Kudos to you, Em!
