So here we are a very eventful pandemic for me.
From being fit and running classes in 2019 to becoming a first time Mum in March 2020. Completely overwhelming as she was born three days into the first lockdown.
Now at April 2022 9months pregnant with number 2 and bigger again than the first time.
Do I feel bad for how I look? No I don’t, my body has done the most amazing thing growing two little people.
Being fit and healthy is also having a healthy mind and realising that changes happen to your body and being ok with it!

Speaking to Mums this last year there is so much media pressure to “get your body back” within weeks of giving birth.
The reality of this is your body has changed and will forever be postnatal. I admit it took me time to deal with my changing body when I was pregnant and it’s taking me a while after having my amazing little girl to accept my body has changed.
HOWEVER I have also learnt to accept my body is still beautiful and incredible for growing my little one.
So many mums will have mum tums, bums, wobbly bits, stretch marks, loose skin and with media pressure can feel shamed on how they look.
My aim is to help you feel good about yourself mentally and physically again. Through exercise and healthy eating endorphins will begin to flow again and you’ll start to realise how amazing you do look! And the extra health and fitness benefits are a plus!

Throughout lockdown I have been quiet on here. I must admit being a new Mum is tough and this last year a lot of us have been on our own due to lockdowns and not being able to see family and friends.
Mental health is so important and the antenatal and post natal period can be so tough. It really is important to be able to reach out to people when you need it.
I have been busy and happy to say I have completed my newest certificate in Mental Health Awareness In Sport & Physical Activity!

I want to introduce myself.
I have qualifications in Personal Training, Bootcamp and circuit instructing, ante and postnatal fitness and nutrition. I run a fitness studio and classes with my husband and have been for the last 3 years.
I am a new mum of my adorable little girl who is currently 4 months old.
I have always played sports and worked out and probably just like most girls at some point become too worried about looking “right”. I tried all sorts of fitness diets, some good some bad and worked out sometimes too much and listened to too much body shaming!
When I became pregnant (obviously I was over the moon) I did struggle with my body changing and I had a very tough pregnancy with complications which resulted me not being able to exercise or pretty much walk for the 9 months! After a c section birth and my beautiful little girl arriving my whole world has changed for the better. Yes my body has changed but in the most incredible way possible. I birthed a gorgeous healthy baby girl and am able to breast feed her for all her nutritional needs and immunities to grow up big and strong. My body has changed as will always be post natal now but I have learned to love and appreciate my new body and realised how amazing my body actually is and that my husband loves me just the way I am!
You can see me before pregnancy and at 9 months pregnant and I honestly prefer my body now to before.
I now have my journey starting back into exercise and fitness and looking forward to opening my pregnancy and post natal classes for all you lovely mummies! I’ll be offering mum and baby classes with carriers and prams, boot camps, personal training and nutrition!
My journey as a mum has only just started and I can’t wait to meet you all to help you start yours!
