Due to the unfortunate Covid-19 and Katie being pregnant we are now advised to be on 12 week isolation. Unfortunately this means we will not be able to start any new classes until told otherwise or carry on with personal training in the studio.
However with a lockdown looking like it’s coming for the Uk, mental and physical health is so important. We are going to be doing at home exercise plans for individuals or family’s for those that are interested!
Just a small bit of exercise a day can keep your mind and body healthy which will be so important over the coming months.
