I posted these on my story a little while ago but I think it’s time for an updated fitness & health qualification list to be on the feed🥰🫶🏼

Super excited to announce I passed my final assignment last week and I’m now officially an Exercise Referral Specialist 🥹🥳

As you all know by now, I absolutely LOVE learning and I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and improve my services 🙌🏼

I’m currently in the process of deciding what to study next 😅🤣

At the moment my Online Coaching service is fully booked but I am opening up 2 more spaces in July🚀

We are half way through the year already. Let 2025 be the year you finally commit to changing your life🫶🏼

Meet my absolutely gorgeous client, Pam!

Pam was the winner of my Online Coaching giveaway at the beginning of this year. After completing the free 2 months coaching she’d won, Pam decided to continue with me during the build up to her wedding.

Pam worked SO. HARD.

She hit her gym sessions, she ticked off her habits, and she just absolutely bloody smashed it👊🏼

I was blown away by her wonderful wedding photos, she was the most beautiful bride🤍

When I asked Pam about her time with me, she said;

“Erin supported me in gaining my target weight with a fab nutrition plan where I calorie counted and worked on protein goals and healthy eating and I reached my goal after about 5 months. We then worked mainly on strength to tone up. I did commit to the hard work, and Erin provided both home and gym workouts.

I’m so happy to say I reached all my goals and had the most amazing wedding!!”🥳

After 9 months of training with me, Pam now feels confident to smash the gym by herself, and is now working towards the Wolf Run next April.

I’m so proud of you Pam🥰🫶🏼
