Nadia has lost weight.

But that's not the biggest transformation.

The biggest transformation is the woman on the right who now walks into a room differently.

More confidence.

More energy.

More belief in herself.

More willing to say yes to photos, nights out and opportunities she might once have avoided.

Turning 50 can feel like a milestone.

For some women, it comes with worries about slowing down, feeling less fit, less strong, or accepting that their best years are behind them.

Helen has just proven the opposite.

After her latest scan, Helen has officially worked her way back into the "Fit" category and completed her personal challenge of being Fit At 50.

Has she lost weight along the way?

Absolutely.

31lbs since January 2025.

But that's not the achievement we're celebrating today.

18th May 2018. The day Third Dimension was born.

Not in a fancy facility.Not with investors.Not with a business plan.

Just a garage gym & a second squat rack.

Because one rack meant I could train 2 people.

Two racks meant I could train 4.

And that changed everything.

I was always a PT who didn’t really like gyms.

What I loved was group training.

The energy.The atmosphere.The community.That feeling of everyone being in it together.

But there was always one huge problem

When you’ve got 30+ people in a room, you simply cannot properly coach them.

You can motivate people.You can entertain people.You can exhaust people.

But you can’t truly coach people properly at scale.

And that’s where the idea for 3D started.

I wanted the energy and community of group training…

WITHOUT sacrificing the coaching.

Without people becoming just another face in the room.

Without random workouts and chaos.

So we created something in the middle.

Not a gym.Not a bootcamp.Not 1:1 PT.

Something different.

Small enough to coach properly.Big enough to create accountability, atmosphere and community.

Back then, semi-private PT wasn’t really even a thing.

But deep down I think we already knew what people were truly missing wasn’t more treadmills or harder workouts.

It was:

structure

coaching

accountability

confidence

support

and somewhere they finally felt comfortable enough to walk into.

Especially women.

That mission hasn’t changed.

We still believe:

Sarah tried everything.

At 6’1”, in her 60s, and a size 20…

Not because there were no parking spaces.

Not because I was busy.

Because deep down…

I’d stopped showing up for myself.

After a really awful loss in my life, I’d put on weight, stopped looking after myself, and honestly?

I felt like s**t mentally and physically.

I knew I needed to change something.

But when you feel low enough for long enough…

Even walking through a gym door can feel overwhelming.

So I’d tell myself:
“Tomorrow.”
“I’ll start Monday.”
“I’ll go later.”

And then I’d drive home again.

That cycle went on far longer than I want to admit.

Until I finally decided to do something different.

I booked a visit at 3D.

And for the first time in a long time—
I had structure.

People expecting me.
A place to be.
A reason to stop hiding behind excuses when motivation disappeared.

And slowly…

I started becoming myself again.

Now?

3 stone down.
Size 12 → size 8.

But honestly, that’s not even the biggest transformation.

The biggest difference is:
I have routine.
I have strength.
I have control again.

Training isn’t something I “try” to do anymore.

It’s just part of my life now.

And for the first time in years…

I feel strong.
Healthy.
Happy.

Not because I became someone different—

But because I finally stopped disappearing from my own life.

One of our new members messaged us after their first week:

"Are you sure I’ll lose weight eating this much food?"

They were eating more than they had in years.

More carbs.

More protein.
