Gooooood morning! Well I’ve already had a busy morning with all the bookings coming in for our 10th birthday. Places are limited, there aren’t many spaces left 😮 Book via our Gymcatch link under 7th November.
In the meantime, Lisa and I have got a cracking playlist this evening, and will be ready to move to hot format if we need to.

I really enjoyed that BOOST this morning thank you so much for joining us and I’m loving the new prodigy track.

Also have to do a massive shout out to these two wonderful BOOSTers who did the complete week joining us for every single class. What legends!!!
