Happy New Year - 2024 here we go! Please feel free to come and try out my Keep-Fit class on Wednesday 3rd January, at 2pm at Holland Sports Club at Mill Lane Park, Oxted. We normally hold the class on the multi use court in the park - it's a small friendly group of over 50s. If you would like to join us, the first session is free. Start 2024 as you mean to go on - make a positive change, start with something small and it may snowball into something much bigger. Why not give it a go? Come and join me for an outside keep-fit class at Mill Lane Holland Sports Club, in Hurst Green. I do the class on the MUGA court, on a Wednesday afternoon from 2-3pm. First class this year was yesterday in the sunshine. Please feel free to come and join me and the other attendees anytime. £5 a class.

I'm setting up a new over 50s Bootcamp on a Wednesday afternoon to be held at Holland Sports Club. If you are interested please drop me a note. It will be an hours class and take place in the MUGA court. Equipment will be provided. Hoping to charge £3 a session (depending on numbers). I have a number of participants ready to go, just need a few more to make it viable.

Time to get back into fitness! Time to get out of Christmas habits of eating and drinking - get outside, embrace the cold air and start to feel alive again. Get your heart rate up and push your body, to remind yourself that you are alive and well and capable of so much more. Don't let the current times bring you down, sign up for a set of 1-2-1 training sessions and then you'll start to believe in yourself again, imagine you can conquer the world. How good would that feel?
