Kinda chic to arrive without editing yourself first.
No need to be calmer, stretchier, more spiritual, less distracted, better rested, wearing the correct shade of oat milk beige.
You can just arrive.
A block is not a confession.
It does not mean you are bad at yoga.
It means your body gets to be supported while it figures things out.
Honestly, quite civilised.
Taking child’s pose because you want to is not giving up.
It is listening.
It is choosing rest before your body has to shout for it.
Deeply underrated.
The wobble is not the failure.
The wobble is information.
A small, dramatic memo from your nervous system saying: “Interesting. We are alive.”
Stay with yourself there.
Movement does not have to be a punishment for having a body.
It can be curiosity.
It can be care.
It can be five minutes on the mat because your shoulders asked nicely.
Coming back to yourself rarely looks dramatic.
Usually, it is one breath.
Then another.
Then the tiny decision not to abandon yourself today.
Very quiet. Very chic.
