Oxford Roller Derby

Oxford Roller Derby Oxfordshire's first roller derby league. Oxford Roller Derby was founded in late 2010 and has been gradually growing in size and experience ever since.

Our skaters come from all over Oxfordshire and many different walks of life to develop their common passion for this fast growing sport. We played our first official bout in September 2011, and in 2012 ORD took 3rd place in the End of the World regional derby tournament. 2013 ORD placed 3rd in the Heartland Series. 2014 ORD placed 2nd in the North East division and played at Finals. 2015 will see

ORD playing in the British Championships in the T3 East Division, Europe’s largest inter-league women’s flat track roller derby tournament, where we aim to further our growing list of achievements. Oxford Roller Derby is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by their members on a voluntary basis. Our committee and a number of workgroups are responsible for all aspects of the organisation, from coaching and skaters’ welfare to events management and merchandising.
