FYI Grabbing the horizontal part of the is great (overarm underarm its all good)
But not the vertical part thats a no no
It can happen by mistake but please try not to as thsts a private area

Being able to hold a low squat is very usefull in sumo
Anyone coming to train on sunday can skip normal leg day
