Love Pilates Oxfordshire Offering small group,1:1 & 2:1 classes for all abilities. First session is free so come and try 💕 All my classes are for mixed ability.

If you are new to pilates or not attended a class for a long time then a beginners session is for you. You may want to build on your ability or knowledge, then intermediary level is for you. About the Classes
I like to break exercises down and take you back to basics. This helps you understand the set up to perform the exercise correctly and get maximum benefit from it. All exercises can be performed at your own pace with no pressure to push yourself beyond your ability.( unless you want to). I focus on exercises that improve your core strength and increase flexibility. The benefit of small classes is that you get a more personal assessment of your ability to perform the exercises correctly. Cost
I am a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and I have tried to offer a fair rate based on this and the small classes that I offer. All classes must be booked in advance:
- First session is FREE
- Course of 8 lessons: £60
- Drop in £10 ( must pre book a place)

Location
Based at the Faringdon Yoga Centre off Park Rd ( behind the Esso garage), Faringdon Oxfordshire. Highworth and Clanfield classes available . I also offer 1:1 sessions

One of Joseph Pilates most prominent clients was Roberta Peters—a renowned opera singer whose career took off in 1950 after standing in for another performer. Shortly after entering the limelight, Roberta began training at the Contrology Gymnasium with Joseph Pilates. It was here that she worked to strengthen her core and diaphragm, improving her performance and eventually landing her a spot at the impressive Metropolitan Opera.

All that being said, Pilates truly is a dynamic fitness modality that can create a transformative impact in anyone’s life—even singers!
